Yes. The ticket purchased in Flex fare through the website can be returned or the details of the journey can be changed (date or time of departure). In order to change the date or time of the journey, enter the booking number (as on the purchased ticket) on the website www.modlinbus.pl or www.modlinbus.com in the field marked "MANAGE YOUR RESERVATION". Choose "Change Date or Time" option and then select a new departure date and time.
In the same way you can also return the purchased ticket, in accordance with the rules described in the Regulations (https://www.modlinbus.pl/strony/page/regulamin)
The change of the reservation date or time is carried out only by the passenger himself. Changes to the reservation are not made by the staff at the Sale Points. It can not be done by the helpline.
Phone reservations are not possible. You can always buy tickets and book seats on our busses in advance, using our online reservation system.
Yes, we accept credit and debit cards issued by Polish and foreign financial institutions.
We accept euros, British pounds, US & Canadian dollars, Norwegian and Swedish crowns (we accept notes only). You will receive change in Polish złoty.
No, seat reservations are not mandatory. However, we recommend online booking due to the limited number of seats on buses. This is a guarantee of available seats, especially recommended for morning rides (around 07:00 AM) and afternoon rides (around 3:00 PM) that attract many passengers. We remind you that that passengers who have tickets purchased online, have priority while boarding.
Yes, tickets are sold by our personnel on board of all buses, before departure.
The estimated minimum travel time from Warsaw Downtown to the Warsaw-Modlin airport is about 40 minutes and depends on traffic conditions.
Unfortunately not. You should buy a new ticket for the next bus. The refund of the unused ticket is made after sending to the email address of the Customer Service Office (firstname.lastname@example.org): a scan or an unused ticket photograph, a scan or a photo of the ticket purchased for the later course and the number of the delayed flight. If the unused ticket was purchased in the Traditional way, you should also send the original ticket to the office address (Rydygiera 19, 184, 01-793 Warszawa) and include the bank account number for return.
Returns for unused tickets due to delayed flights are only made when the passenger has purchased a new ticket. Otherwise, for any delay compensation, you must report to the airline that operated the flight.
Yes, only if there are available seats on the earlier bus ride. We remind you that that passengers who have tickets for that particular departure time (e.g. 11:00) have priority while boarding.
No, every passenger with a valid ticket is entitled to board with 30 kgs of hold luggage and 5 kgs of carry-on luggage.
Yes. The bus timetable on our web site is always up to date. You can always check our online timetable, because it is aligned with flight departures and arrivals at the Modlin airport.
Yes. We operate new, comfortable, air-conditioned Scania Tourning buses.
It is not possible. Our buses are allowed to stop only at designated locations:
- Warsaw Centrum - parking in front of Palace of Culture and Science,
- Warsaw-Modlin Airport,
- Warsaw Chopin Airport (Okęcie),
- Łódź Kaliska Bus Station.

Our bus stop in central Warsaw is conveniently located for passengers who are transferring to other locations outside the city. Detailed routes description can be found here.
On the Warsaw Modlin Airport - Warsaw City Center line, we make every effort possible to ensure that a bus is waiting for a delayed flight. In the case of our long-haul routes, transport regulations do not permit a delay of more then 5 minutes, however purchased tickets may be used for the next available transfer at no extra cost.
We advise to purchase online tickets at least three days before the departure date. Online sale closes 45min to 4h before departure depending on the route.
There is no need to print your online ticket if you can display it on your mobile phone screen.
The average ticket delivery time is 3-5 minutes, for positively settled transactions. If you have not received your ticket, please check your "SPAM” folder.
We kindly ask passengers not to consume food or beverages on board of our buses. This is to due to the fact that the consumption of food and beverages can be potentially dangerous during bus rides and may disturb other passengers.

No, monthly tickets are not available.
Yes, return tickets can be purchased online and at our airport office. We kindly remind you that we do not issue duplicate tickets in case of losing return tickets.
